Job summary

Spire Hospitality, LLC is seeking an Engineer Supervisor to lead the maintenance team within our New Jersey property. You will oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily operations to ensure guest comfort and safety.

You will mentor engineering staff, coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping, and uphold safety standards while delivering excellent guest service and reliable building operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with trades/tech certification preferred.
• Experience supervising maintenance or engineering staff in hospitality.
• Experience with hotel operations and guest service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a supervisor, assisting guests with room calls and troubleshooting concerns.
• Maintain an exceptional Preventative Maintenance program for guest rooms and equipment.
• Mentor engineering staff and collaborate with Front Office, Security, Sales, Housekeeping, and F&B.
• Uphold safety using PPE and comply with city/state/OSHA regulations.
• Perform general repairs and ensure hotel systems run smoothly.
• Pay range for this role is $24- $27 per hour
