Job summary

Hotel Trio Healdsburg seeks an Engineering Supervisor to maintain hotel operations and lead the engineering team in preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance. You will ensure guest rooms and facilities operate reliably and coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have experience in hotel maintenance, strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), and the ability to manage schedules and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a supervisor, assisting guests with room calls and troubleshooting concerns.
• Create and manage the Engineering department weekly schedule.
• Manage vendor relationships for third-party work on property.
• Work with Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Maintain an exceptional Preventative Maintenance program for guest rooms, pools, and equipment.
• Support department head and mentor engineering team.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Security, Sales, Housekeeping, and F&B.
• Prioritize safety with PPE and OSHA regulations.
• Perform general repair and maintenance on hotel equipment.
