Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily dining outlet operations and deliver memorable guest experiences at our hotel. You will manage guest service standards, product quality, inventory, budgeting, and policies to uphold Hilton’s hospitality excellence.

You will supervise, coach, and mentor team members, recruit new talent, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while driving revenue through innovative marketing and upsell initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant operations in a hospitality setting.

• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities to improve dining experience.
• Coach and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
• Implement marketing strategies and upsell techniques to maximize food & beverage sales and profitability.
• Lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and train new team members to maintain high service standards.
