Loews Atlanta Hotel in Midtown Atlanta is seeking a Restaurant Server Assistant to support efficient service, maintain clean dining spaces, and assist servers with bussing and food running. You’ll contribute to a welcoming guest experience from start to finish.

Ideal candidates are friendly, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and holiday availability is required; prior hospitality experience is preferred. Join a team focused on growth, inclusion, and community.

Formación

• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, dishes, and supplies.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and menus.
• Support servers by delivering food, beverages, condiments, and guest requests.
• Refill water and beverages as needed to enhance service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, service stations, and tray stands.
• Remove trash and keep waste areas tidy and sanitary.
• Respond to spills promptly to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist with restocking items needed during service.
• Help prepare dining areas for the next shift or meal period.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests when approached.
• Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
• Work varying schedules to reflect business needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties assigned
