Job summary

Hilton Dallas Park Cities is seeking an experienced Credit Manager to lead the hotel’s credit, group billing, and collections function. You will supervise the on-property accounting team and ensure approved credit, deposits, and authorizations are in place before arrival while targeting timely receivables.

You will work closely with Regional Finance and Sales, Events, and Front Office to protect owner assets and optimize cash flow in a full‑service hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit and collections, preferably in hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and accounting/productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Enforce credit policy and assess applications; approve direct billing for major accounts and set credit limits.
• Review group/banquet accounts for proper credit extension, deposits, and authorizations.
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings with Sales/Events and management to review credit status.
• Oversee invoicing, deposits, and statements; approve policy-based adjustments.
