Job summary

Dallas Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center seeks a seasoned manager to coordinate and direct all property activities, focusing on Accounting and Front Office operations. You will work with the General Manager to ensure policy adherence and lead Front Office staff with focus on service quality and accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and PMS experience to drive smooth front desk procedures and accounting functions across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office and Accounting Management.
• Computer experience on PMS systems and a working knowledge of manual front desk procedures.
• Able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written form with guests and associates.
• Possess good communication and organizational skills.
• Portray effective leadership and provide guidance to the Front Office staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, direct and manage all property activities with specific responsibilities for Accounting and Front Office Management.
• Interface with General Manager with regards to all property activities to ensure adherence to hotel and company policies and/or procedures.
• Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to ensure high standards of guest service and accuracy in all phases of the front office operations.
• Coordinate with Corporate Accounting to ensure completion of all accounting functions and adherences to all management company policies and procedures.
