Qualifications

• Must be available weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items ahead of time and manage portions to meet demand.
• Maintain proper temperature and rotate perishables.
• Check pars, plan prep, and assist with buffet stocking.
• Set up equipment and keep work area clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
