Job summary

AC Missoula is seeking a cook with hotel kitchen experience to support outlet and banquet food production. Responsibilities include preparing daily requisitions, checking stock, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires the ability to follow recipes, communicate clearly, and work well under pressure while ensuring quality and cost control. On-site position with routine kitchen duties and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cooking experience in a hotel or related field preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare Outlet, Banquet and other food requirements
• Requisitioning of food, beverage and dry goods from storeroom
• Check daily food requirements and prepare accordingly
• Ensure refrigerators, freezers, and work areas are clean and sanitary
• Ensure equipment is functioning and maintenance issues are reported to Kitchen Management
• Maintain control of waste and portion to help manage food quality and cost
