Courtyard Washington, DC/U.S. Capitol is seeking an Evening Cook to join our culinary team and craft high-quality dishes in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.
You will prepare menu items, ensure proper presentation, and maintain a sanitary workstation while following safety standards. Evening shifts, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality are essential as you grow within our leadership development pathways.

As an Evening Cook, you’ll play an important role in preparing and executing our menu while ensuring every dish meets our standards for quality, presentation, and consistency. You’ll work alongside our culinary TEAM in a fast-paced environment where quality, teamwork, and hospitality are at the heart of everything we do.
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure food is properly prepared, portioned, presented, and served.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
Assist with preparation and service during busy periods.
Monitor food quality and freshness throughout your shift.
Assist with stocking and maintaining kitchen inventory as needed.
Work collaboratively with the culinary TEAM to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assist with cleaning duties, including dishes, equipment, workstations, sweeping, and mopping.
Help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

$20.00 per hour
