Responsibilities

Maintain a visible and professional presence in the hotel lobby and common areas.

Conduct routine patrols of the property and identify security or safety concerns.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity.
Enforce hotel security policies and procedures.
Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
Assist hotel management and emergency personnel when necessary.
