Qualifications

• Professional concierge security officer to patrol the perimeter and grounds.
• Strong observation skills to monitor cameras and respond to incidents.
• Ability to greet and assist residents, guests, employees, and visitors professionally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building entrances, exits, common areas, and designated security areas.
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, safety hazards, and disturbances.
• Greet and assist residents, guests, employees, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Verify visitors, vendors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with property procedures.
• Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and access-control systems when assigned.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Promptly communicate security concerns and incidents to supervisors and client representatives.
• Follow all company policies, client requirements, and site-specific post orders.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and demeanor at all times.
• Remain alert, attentive, and engaged throughout the entire shift.
