Qualifications

• Must meet Texas security licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated security areas.
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols.
• Greet and assist residents, guests, employees, and visitors.
• Verify visitors, vendors, contractors, and deliveries as required.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Monitor cameras and access-control systems when assigned.
• Complete daily activity logs, patrol reports, and incident reports.
