Responsibilities

• Answer and direct internal and external calls using phone and radios.
• Enter guest requests into Opera and Synergy accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and rates.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments for guest needs.
• Follow safety and security policies and emergency procedures.
• Prepare materials for arrivals the next day.
