Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel is seeking a PBX Operator to professionally answer and direct all calls, handle guest requests, and ensure timely communication between hotel departments. This role creates a positive first impression and delivers courteous, accurate service to guests and associates.

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintain a professional business appearance and demeanor.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and direct internal and external calls using phone and radios.
• Enter guest requests into Opera and Synergy accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and rates.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments for guest needs.
• Follow safety and security policies and emergency procedures.
• Prepare materials for arrivals the next day.
