You will support guest experiences with clear communication, teamwork, and a commitment to outstanding service, while joining a luxury resort known for high energy environments and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous PBX or multi-line phone system experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
