Job summary

Omni Corpus Christi Hotel in the Marina District seeks a motivated front desk/telephone agent to direct calls and assist guests and associates with courtesy and professionalism. Prior operator/phone agent experience in a hotel environment is preferred and a passion for serving others is valued.

You will maintain attendance, log wake-up calls, handle guest requests, assist with billing inquiries, and use Synergy and Opera systems to log requests and track folios.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Direct phone calls to appropriate personnel and assist guests and associates in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer all incoming calls to the resort using proper protocol, greetings and closings as determined by management.
• Log all guest requests, service deficiencies and work orders in the resort systems (Synergy and Opera).
• Process guest check-outs according to Omni's Moments of Service and SOPs.
• Accommodate room changes expediently and assist with billing inquiries as needed.
