You will interview, hire, train, and develop staff, monitor guest satisfaction, ensure compliance with LSOPs/SOPs, and help manage budgets to optimize revenue while maintaining top service standards. Strong leadership, communication, and hotel operations knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post high school education.
• Two years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Coffee Shop for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods as directed by the Manager.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, evaluate performance, and manage staff as appropriate.
• Retain and motivate employees within the store and ensure compliance with LSOPs/SOPs and safety regulations.
• Forecast and monitor budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies) to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to ensure a quality experience and future sales prospects.
