You will handle orders, operate the POS, and balance cash while complying with state and corporate beverage policies. Hotel experience is preferred; strong communication, math, and multitasking skills are essential to provide an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register and handle money.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to use a knife, glassware, and stock.
• Ability to memorize menu items and promote drinks.
• Ability to operate POS to pre-check orders and close checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper bar setup and stocks beer, wine, spirits, and consumables.
• Cuts and stores fruit and garnishes for drinks.
• Greets guests and takes drink orders.
• Mixes and presents drinks using standard recipes.
• Checks out guests and balances cash with POS records.
• Locks and stores equipment and deposits cash drops.
