The Hotel at Avalon in Alpharetta, GA, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a hospitality outlet team member to provide exceptional guest service. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and maintain a clean, welcoming space throughout your shift.

Experience with Starbucks operations is preferred, and you will work in a fast-paced environment requiring good communication and teamwork. Benefits include employee meals, uniforms, parking, and hotel discount programs.

Formación

• Starbucks experience required.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Familiarity with POS procedures.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with a friendly welcome and listen to requests.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ring guest checks and process payments correctly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues tactfully.
• Maintain high standards for food preparation.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and stations.
• Adhere to cash handling and banking procedures.
• Balance house bank at shift end.
• Be available to work regularly per attendance rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
