Cup of Joe Cafes, LLC is seeking an experienced Coffeehouse Supervisor for our Starbucks licensed store in the Market District of Alpharetta, GA. You will lead the team, coach partners, manage inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering the Starbuck s Experience.

The role emphasizes people-first leadership, balancing operations with guest satisfaction, and maintaining store standards across shifts. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
• Able to balance people and operations while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with the Coffeehouse Leader to meet goals.
• Coach Baristas and Shift Leads; provide real-time feedback on drinks.
• Oversee inventory: ordering, receiving, and stock levels.
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage; act as floor leader when needed.
• Ensure consistent Starbucks Experience for every guest.
• Build a strong team culture and drive performance.
