Starbucks Coffee Company in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will direct the team, ensure quality beverages and food, and act as a role model for service standards.

You will coach partners, manage tasks, and uphold safety and store policies while building a welcoming community space for customers and partners alike.

Qualifications

• Attend consistently and punctually, with or without accommodation.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards: quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months in a role with customer interactions and fulfilling requests.
• Coach food and beverage prep to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees and coordinate their work.
