Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the repair and maintenance of our hotel’s physical plant, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, and fire & life safety systems. You will monitor interior and exterior operations and coach team members toward efficient practices while upholding brand standards.

3+ years minimum experience in a lead maintenance role.
Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
Strong communication and guest service orientation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and train others.

Oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, and fire & life safety systems.
