Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a skilled Chief Engineer to lead our property engineering team and ensure the safety, functionality, and quality of the hotel’s infrastructure and systems.

In this leadership role you will manage repairs, oversee maintenance operations, enforce safety compliance, and develop your engineering staff while partnering with general management to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our properties.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel engineering or maintenance teams.
• In-depth knowledge of building systems, fire protection, HVAC.
• Proven ability to train and develop maintenance staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage repairs and routine maintenance of hotel systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Oversee inventory, budgeting, safety compliance and certifications.
• Ensure safety standards for guests and secure work environment.
• Hire, train, motivate, evaluate engineering staff.
• Lead safety programs and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with GM, corporate leaders, and ownership.
