Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager to drive catering/banquet bookings and revenue for one or more properties. You will solicit new accounts and service groups, aligning with the Director of Sales to reach revenue and market share goals.

The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and client-facing skills. The ideal candidate will have sales experience in hospitality, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrate creativity and knowledge of food and beverage.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Must possess verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, sell and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales and revenue goals and solicitation call targets.
• Proactively conduct solicitation calls and sales tours, entertain clients for Social, Corporate, Business, or SMERF segments.
• Grow relationships with assigned accounts and monitor market trends.
• Represent the hotel in the local community and participate in promotions as applicable.
• Attend regular management meetings and perform other duties as requested by leadership.
