The Alfond Inn at Rollins is seeking a Café Supervisor to lead daily café operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, consistent beverage and food quality, and strong team leadership at the hotel’s Café, Main Pool, and Spa Pool.

The ideal candidate brings supervisory or shift leadership experience, barista expertise, and solid knowledge of food and beverage service standards, inventory management, and POS systems. High School diploma or equivalent required.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of experience in café, restaurant, hotel, or similar operation preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory, shift leadership, or team leadership experience preferred.
• Previous barista experience and café operations strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of the Café at The Alfond Inn at Rollins, ensuring exceptional guest service and consistent quality.
• Provide effective team leadership and training to deliver superior guest experiences.
• Oversee food and beverage service at the hotel’s Main Pool and Spa Pool.
• Maintain operational efficiency and uphold safety and quality standards.
