The Alfond Inn in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Café Supervisor to lead the Café operations, including the Main Pool and Spa Pool outlets, to deliver exceptional guest service and consistent food and beverage quality. Formación

• Minimum of two years of experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or comparable operation.
• At least one year of supervisory, shift leadership, or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Previous barista experience and café operations strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
