Olympia Hospitality seeks a guest service rep at The Alfond Inn to ensure smooth front desk operations, friendly check-ins, and accurate reservation handling. You will assist guests with inquiries, provide local recommendations, and coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to deliver an unforgettable stay.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, prior customer service experience, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

Formación

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
