Job summary

EcoSure, the brand protection division of Ecolab, seeks a Brand Protection Advisor for Montreal/Quebec area. You will perform on-site visits, coach clients, and help protect brand standards while delivering training and insights to improve guest experiences. Travel up to 75% including out-of-province travel is expected.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and bilingual French/English proficiency to support anglophone and Quebec clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of hotel hospitality industry-related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Current and valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Able to travel to the US for training/meetings.
• Bilingual – French/English or strong French with professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at hotel and food-service client locations using consulting, coaching, and training to meet client needs.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize a tablet, Microsoft Office, and CRM technology for planning and job execution.
