Ecolab's EcoSure brand protection team seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to join our Paterson, NJ team. You will deliver on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights that elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence for client locations.

You will identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement by partnering with clients to implement practical recommendations and best practices across hospitality sectors.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma.
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality or business preferred.
• Multilingual abilities (Spanish & French preferred) are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct on-site brand protection visits using consulting, coaching and training to meet client expectations and protect brand.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas of improvement, and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly, delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology to plan and perform essential job functions.
• Support the growth initiatives of the company and its clients.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) while completing visits in hotels, restaurants, and other facilities.
