Job summary

Ecolab’s EcoSure brand protection team seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to perform on-site assessments, coaching, and insights enhancing food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence in Inglewood, CA. Travel up to 25% is required, with the opportunity to impact public health and customer satisfaction daily.

The role emphasizes collaboration with client staff and cross-functional teams, delivering actionable improvements and maintaining brand standards in hospitality settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training to meet client expectations
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly while delivering an exceptional client experience
• Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM to plan and perform essential job functions
• Support growth initiatives of the company and clients
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines where applicable while visiting hotels, restaurants, education, healthcare and other facilities
