Job summary

Ecolab’s EcoSure brand protection team in Jackson, TN is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor. You will conduct on-site assessments, coaching, and insights to elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence.

You will partner with clients to identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement, while collaborating with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges. Up to 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Two years of hospitality industry‑related experience.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site brand protection visits at client locations using coaching and training to meet client expectations and protect brand/delight guests.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas of improvement, and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM to plan and perform essential job functions.
