Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor to join our team in Boston, MA. You will conduct on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights that elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence.

You will partner with clients to identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement, making a measurable impact on public health and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly with excellent client experience.
• Utilize iPad, Microsoft Office, and CRM to plan and perform tasks.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines where applicable during visits.
