Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to join our EcoSure team in Visalia, CA. You will perform on-site brand protection visits, coaching, and provide insights that elevate food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence.

You will identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement with hotels, restaurants, and other client sites, delivering measurable impacts on public health and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM to plan and perform job functions.
• Support growth initiatives of the company and clients.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) during visits.
