Crown Hotel & Travel Management LLC is seeking an accountant or experienced bookkeeper to join our hospitality accounting team in Wilmington, NC. You will work closely with the controller and the accounting staff to service multiple managed locations.

Requirements include 2–5 years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel preferred; ADP payroll experience is a plus. This full-time role offers benefits including insurance and PTO accrual.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to five years of related experience required.
• Payroll experience with ADP is a plus.
• College degree or coursework in accounting is a plus.
• QuickBooks Online Certification a plus.

Aufgaben

• Process accounts payable and check requests.
• Research invoices and resolve vendor disputes.
• Verify expenses meet contract and budget criteria.
• Assist in accounts receivable management.
• Intercompany billing and transfers.
• Assist with loan reporting.
• Assist with month-end adjusting entries.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Payroll management for multiple locations – dependent on experience.
