You will oversee accounting processes, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, participate in budgeting and forecasting, and mentor junior staff while driving process

Qualifications

• Hospitality accounting background required or strongly preferred.
• Experience leading accounting staff or teams.
• Strong understanding of hotel financial operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations across multiple hotel properties.
• Review and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial analysis.
• Oversee full-cycle accounting processes including AP and reporting cycles.
• Strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting processes.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and support team development.
