Crown Hotel & Travel Management LLC in Wilmington, NC is seeking an accountant or experienced bookkeeper to join the growing hospitality management team. You will work closely with the controller and accounting staff to service our managed locations.

Responsibilities include processing payables, researching invoices, and assisting with payroll across multiple sites. A high school diploma and 2–5 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Proficient in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
• Team player willing to pitch in on general office tasks/errands as needed.

Responsabilités

• Process accounts payable and checks requests.
• Research invoices and resolve vendor disputes.
• Verify expenses meet contract and budget criteria.
• Assist in accounts receivable management.
• Intercompany billing and transfers.
• Assist with loan reporting.
• Month-end adjusting entries.
• Payroll management for multiple locations.
