Job summary

The Hilton Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport hotel in Bloomington, MN is seeking a part-time beverage/bar professional. You will assist with bar stock, prepare daily requisitions, and ensure guest beverage service with a friendly, efficient approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar supplies and prepare daily requisitions.
• Be familiar with liquor types, recipes, prices and glassware.
• Know drink recipes, prices and beverages available.
• Handle cash accurately; operate MICROS/registers and process tips.
• Ensure accurate intake of all monies and charge guests correctly.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and resolve issues.
• Complete liquor liability training within 30 days and every 2 years.
