Job summary

Hilton Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport hotel in Bloomington, MN is seeking a part-time bartender/server to maintain bar supplies, know liquor recipes and prices, and accurately charge guests using MICROS or registers.

You will anticipate guest needs, resolve complaints, and complete liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and every two years thereafter.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar supplies and daily requisitions.

• Handle cash, MICROS/registers, and tipping policies accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Complete liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.
