Job summary

Hilton Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport is seeking a part-time bartender in Bloomington, MN. You will maintain bar supplies, prepare daily requisitions, and ensure accurate cash handling and beverage service while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires knowledge of liquor, recipes and pricing, proper glassware, garnishes, and the MICROS system. You will work as part of a team with flexible nights, weekends, and holidays. Training on liquor liability is provided within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar supplies and prepare daily requisitions.
• Be knowledgeable about liquor, recipes, prices, glassware, and garnishes.
• Handle drinks, pricing, and cash procedures accurately; manage MICROS or registers.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs with positive relations, resolve complaints.
• Complete liquor liability training within 30 days and every 2 years thereafter.
