The ideal candidate has proven bartending experience, strong beverage knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages including spirits, wines and beers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
• Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and measurements.
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and popular cocktails.
• Stock and maintain bar inventory.
• Ensure proper liquor pouring and portion control.
• Accurately process payments and operate the POS system.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations, including age verification.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
