Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a courteous bartender to greet guests, take and ring up drink orders, mix beverages, and maintain a clean, stocked bar. You will handle cash and assist with room service orders while ensuring compliance with liquor laws and safety guidelines.

The role requires basic math, English writing skills, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work a fast-paced shift in a hotel bar environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of State and corporate liquor regulations related to serving to minors or intoxicated guests.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely, take and document drink orders, and serve beverages.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Maintain bar setup, stock beer, wine, spirits, garnishes and supplies.
• Handle cash, balance cash register, and process room service orders accurately.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness by following health standards and company procedures.
• Assist teammates and perform related duties as needed.
