Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team, delivering high-end guest experiences in a premium bar environment. You’ll craft cocktails, answer guest questions, and maintain an upscale atmosphere across our properties.

Ideal candidates bring bartending experience in hotels, restaurants, or rooftop bars, with a passion for mixology and guest satisfaction. Training and growth opportunities are available, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality experience required or preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests, with friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and complete daily side work to standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktail menu, beers, wines, ingredients, and garnishes.
• Process payments and reconcile at end of shift.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, positive work environment.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and liquor law compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
