Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC seeks a Banquets Manager to orchestrate memorable events and lead the banquet team. You will oversee setup, service, and teardown, while balancing cost control with outstanding guest experience. Your coaching will empower staff to shine and deliver consistently high standards.

In this role you’ll manage schedules, train new hires, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all banquet operations, creating flawless experiences for guests and clients.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of progressive hotel or related experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems.
• Strong communication skills; able to convey information clearly.
• Problem-solving under pressure; ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Comfortable working with financial data and basic arithmetic.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate banquet operations, ensuring flawless events from setup to teardown.
• Coach and develop banquet staff; hire, train and motivate team members.
• Maintain brand standards, delivery of guest service, and safety compliance during events.
• Monitor costs and help balance budgets while maintaining high service levels.
• Keep certifications current (Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid) and ensure regulatory adherence.
