Leisure Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Banquet Captain to join our hospitality team. You will work closely with the Banquet Manager, F&B Director, and Kitchen Manager to ensure flawless execution of all banquet events, leading staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee setup, service, and breakdown, supervise banquet staff, and ensure adherence to safety standards while coordinating with event stakeholders for seamless execution.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in banquet or event service management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with the Banquet Manager, F&B Director, and Kitchen Manager to meet event requirements and specifications.
• Supervise banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Ensure all banquet areas are prepared according to event plans and safety standards.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Assist in training and mentoring banquet staff to uphold service standards.
• Monitor and manage event timelines, ensuring timely execution from start to finish.
