Qualifications

• At least 2 years of prior hotel management experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Bachelor’s degree/higher education in Hotel Administration or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Speak to guests – ask for their feedback and build relationships.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and assets.
• Act as public relations representative to raise brand awareness locally.
• Demonstrate brand citizenship by maintaining compliance with standards.
• Drive team involvement in community organizations and businesses.
• Collaborate with hotel team to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Establish performance and development goals and provide mentoring and feedback.
• Lead capital plans and asset management initiatives with management company.
