Responsibilities

• Maintain attentiveness, friendliness and courtesy to guests, managers and staff.
• Follow two-way radio etiquette and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues to housekeeping leadership.
• Assist with guestroom cleaning procedures when needed.
• Deliver clean linen and collect trash per hotel procedures.
• Keep corridors and public areas clean and organized.
• Maintain cleanliness of public restrooms and stairwells.
