This role provides a clear path to future leadership within our nationwide portfolio, with opportunities to advance to General Manager and other management roles.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of hotel experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role highly preferred.
• Combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Oversee daily staff operations and budgets management.
• Lead guest satisfaction initiatives and operational excellence.
• Report to General Manager.
