HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead hotel operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will support the General Manager, oversee daily staff operations, assist with budgets, and champion service excellence.

This role provides a clear path to future leadership within our nationwide portfolio, with opportunities to advance to General Manager and other management roles.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of hotel experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role highly preferred.
• Combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the vital support for our hotel's General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Your daily tasks will include overseeing various departments, assisting with budget management, and resolving guest issues.
• You will report to the General Manager.
• A career as an assistant general manager can lead to opportunities in various management roles within the hospitality industry, such as general manager, operations manager, or even corporate-level positions.

Education & Experience

• A college degree or at least 2 years of hotel experience
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
• A combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered
