Job summary

KMG Hotels is seeking an Assistant General Manager to keep the hotel running smoothly, maximize financial returns, and elevate guest experiences. You will lead staff, ensure brand standards, and act in the General Manager's absence as needed.

You will develop teams, coach performance, enforce policies, and partner with departments to deliver memorable service while maintaining safety and compliance across all hotel operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ guest service/hotel experience with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in a hotel of similar size and complexity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff; assist General Manager in the development and communication of departmental strategies and goals.
• Promote teamwork and ensure policies and procedures are followed across shifts and departments.
• Monitor and report variances against budget; help manage labor costs and other expenses.
• Lead marketing efforts to upsell hotel services, offerings, and amenities.
• Establish and maintain a safe, compliant, and guest-focused environment.
