Sheraton Suites Galleria Atlanta, recently renovated, seeks a General Manager to provide strategic leadership and daily operations oversight. You will drive guest satisfaction, associate engagement, revenue performance, profitability, and brand standards across all departments.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in hotel management, Marriott experience preferred, and a relevant bachelor's degree. Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential in a hands-on, results-driven role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hotel management experience.
• Marriott experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven ability to improve guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the hotel's daily operations.
• Oversee all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Sales, and other operational functions.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop department leaders and hotel associates.
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold leadership teams accountable for achieving operational and financial goals.
• Foster a positive, professional, and service-focused work environment that promotes teamwork and engagement.
