What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and a calm, confident presence
• Manage the reservation system using OpenTable and ensure smooth flow of service
• Coordinate seating based on guest preferences, pacing, and server sections
• Be aware of special occasions, VIPs, and custom guest requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually welcoming host stand and entry
• Collaborate with servers, bar, and management to create seamless guest experiences
• Set the tone for the shift—cool under pressure, warm with every guest
